Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) is one of the B vitamins which support health and wellbeing. It can be found in foods like avocados, beans, eggs, green vegetables, wholegrains, organ meats like kidney and heart, and mushrooms. Pantothenic acid supports energy metabolism, and normal energy levels in the body. It supports adrenal gland function and supports the normal formation and function of certain hormones and neurotransmitters.

Directions for Use:
