Shipping policy

PERISHABLE GOODS:

Please consider if your order has PERISHABLE items and make provisions for the courier to leave them in a place where they are out of the weather.

FREE SHIPPING applies to orders with the value of $85.00 and over (including GST). A national set rate of $8.50 applies to orders under $85.00. This excludes some giftware items, overweight orders and a rural delivery surcharge of $7.50. A rural delivery surcharge of $7.50 will be added to all orders where applicable. If you are in a rural delivery zone and spend over $85.00, you will only be charge the rural delivery surcharge of $7.50. If you spend under $85.00, you will be charged the national set rate of $8.50 plus the rural delivery surcharge of $7.50.

The above shipping rates exclude some giftware items &/or overweight orders. These are calculated at the checkout according to weight and/or size.

We ship all orders with local courier services. Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are commonly dispatched on the same day. We will email your Tracking information upon dispatch. Delivery times will vary depending on location and the impact of significant events that disrupt logistics.  

Click & Collect and usually be achieved immediately.

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR HOURS:

We recommend ordering prior to December 9th if you would like your order to arrive before Christmas.

We are closed from 5.30pm on the 24th of December. Normal business hours resume on the next working day after new years day at 9.30am.

Any web orders placed during this time will be dispatched as soon as possible upon our return from the holidays.
