DIRECTIONS:
For a healthy adult who wants to support natural levels of energy, immunity and receive all the other benefits of high dose liposomal Vitamin C, we suggest a daily dose of 25ml, or 2000mg. For children, we suggest a daily maintenance dose of 5ml. Individual needs vary and at times of greater physical or mental stress. How to take Poten-C:
We recommend taking your daily shot of Poten-C on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes away from food. First thing in the morning is convenient and effective for most of us. Many people find Poten-C gives them a noticeable energy boost, so taking close to bedtime may not be ideal.
Storage:
Store upright in a cool dark place and refrigerate once opened.
