A rural delivery surcharge of $7.50 will be added to all orders where applicable. If you are in a rural delivery zone and spend over $69.00, you will only be charge the rural delivery surcharge of $7.50. If you spend under $69.00, you will be charged the national set rate of $7.50 plus the rural delivery surcharge of $7.50.

Sprinkle over cereal, salads or yoghurt. Incorporate into smoothies, juices, trail mixes, baking and bread.

Tip

To use as an egg replacement in baking, simply combine 1 Tbsp chia seeds with 3 Tbsp cold water to form a gel.
