Avocado Oil is a premium, Extra Virgin oil, Cold Pressed from the flesh of the ripe Avocado (Persea americana) to retain the characteristic pure avocado oil flavour. Avocado oil contains Omega 9 Fatty Acids and offers a low proportion of saturated fatty acids of the total fat content and contains the vitamin and antioxidant – Vitamin E. The Vibrant green colour is attributed to high levels of chlorophyll and carotenoid pigments extracted into the oil. Cold Pressed Avocado Oil has the highest smoke point of any extra virgin oil (≥250°C); thus it is one of the healthiest oils to use for all types of cooking.
