Shipping Information

FREE SHIPPING applies to orders with the value of $85.00 and over (including GST). A national set rate of $8.50 applies to orders under $85.00. This excludes some giftware items, overweight orders and a rural delivery surcharge.

A rural delivery surcharge of $7.50 will be added to all orders where applicable. If you are in a rural delivery zone and spend over $85.00, you will only be charged the rural delivery surcharge of $7.50. If you spend under $85.00, you will be charged the national set rate of $8.50 plus the rural delivery surcharge of $7.50.

The above shipping rates exclude some giftware items &/or overweight orders. These are calculated at the checkout according to weight and/or size.

What is Vitamin E?

Vitamin E is a major antioxidant and the primary defence against lipid peroxidation. It is particularly important in protecting the body's cells from free radical/oxidative damage.  Cell protection against oxidative damage is achievable with supplemental intakes higher than what is normally consumed in the average diet.

Vitamin E is alpha-tocopherol, one of a group of eight fat-soluble compounds - four tocopherols and four tocotrienols. It is a well-known antioxidant vitamin that inhibits the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) formed when fat is oxidized.  It’s involved in a wide range of metabolic processes such as cell signalling and gene expression, and plays a role in normal blood clotting, immune system function, and neurological function.

DIRECTIONS:

Take 1 softgel daily with a meal.
