Malcolm Harker recommended:

• Taking this tonic straight, or added to 50ml of boiled water as a tea
• Avoiding mucus forming foods such as gluten, egg-white, chocolate, dairy, polyunsaturated oils and regular table salt
• Adopting gluten-free grain foods, whole foods (greens, fruits nuts, seeds), unprocessed coconut oil and Celtic & NZ Sea Salt with Kelp
  
  With all his tonics, Malcolm also recommended using Intestinal Cleanse for 1-2 weeks to reduce parasite populations. By reducing the load on the body of parasites, the body is able to use nutrients from food and the active ingredients in his tonics more efficiently.

DIRECTIONS:

Adults over 12 years: take 5-10 mls three to four times daily.

Shake well before use. Swill in the mouth for
10 seconds before swallowing if possible.

Dried herbs: Withania Root 1,250 mg, Codonopsis Root 1,200 mg,
Echinacea Purpurea Root 500 mg, Licorice Root 125 mg, Ginger Root 75 mg, Iodine 4.3 mcg.

Essential oils: Australian Mandarin Oil 0.003 ml,
Coriander Seed Oil 0.003 ml, Orange Oil 0.003 ml,
Patchouli Oil 0.003 ml, Rosehip Oil 0.002 ml, Lime
Oil 0.002 ml.

In a base of: Purified Water, Glycerine, Salt, Citric
Acid, Irish Moss, Jojoba Oil.
