• Best avoided if you are breastfeeding or pregnant
• Not suitable for vegans as the Vitamin D we use is sourced from lanolin. There are vegan sources of vitamin D available, but at present there is limited research on their effectiveness, so we opted for a source that has strong scientific backing for its efficacy and results.
