FREE SHIPPING applies to orders with the value of $85.00 and over (including GST). A national set rate of $8.50 applies to orders under $85.00. This excludes some giftware items, overweight orders and a rural delivery surcharge.

A rural delivery surcharge of $7.50 will be added to all orders where applicable. If you are in a rural delivery zone and spend over $85.00, you will only be charged the rural delivery surcharge of $7.50. If you spend under $85.00, you will be charged the national set rate of $8.50 plus the rural delivery surcharge of $7.50.

The above shipping rates exclude some giftware items &/or overweight orders. These are calculated at the checkout according to weight and/or size.

Glucomannan is a soluble, bulk-forming fibre derived from the konjac root (Amorphophallus konjac) that can help to maintain intestinal regularity. DIRECTIONS:

Take 1/2 level teaspoon 1 to 2 times daily with at least 8 oz. of water 30-45 minutes before a meal. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
