Sourced from the finest heritage Criollo cacao beans in Peru, our Organic Cacao Nibs are a yummy addition to baking and trail mixes or enjoyed straight out of the pack. Criollo cacao also contains very high levels of antioxidants – 96,000 on the ORAC scale. They are lightly toasted to maintain nutritional integrity.

All farms involved in the co-op are part of a Development and Sustainability Program which involves giving incentives to farmers to produce organic and sustainable cacao products. The farmers undergo practical training and their environmental impact and sustainable growing practices are continually reviewed to ensure all standards are being met.
