What is Rei-Shi Mushrooms ?

NOW Rei-Shi Mushrooms is a blend of Reishi (also known as Ling Zhi) and Shiitake Mushrooms. Reishi and Shitake are both well known in Oriental herbalism and have been used to promote health and wellness for centuries.
