A tea to wake you and revive you.  Open the pack and enjoy its subtle beauty and aroma.  But the surprise is when you find out how we make it.  It takes almost one hour to make only 500 grams of this beautiful blend.  We hand-select buds and upper leaves of green tea.  We crush cinnamon sticks and ginger by hand and mix this with love.  To keep the taste and aroma of cardamom fresh, we crush them gently with an old-fashioned mortar and pestle.  It is added to each pack separately as the final step, just before the bags are sealed.

All herbal blends are designed, mixed and packed by our in-house team in New Zealand.

Ingredients are imported from different countries. 

• Most of the herbs and dried quince are imported from Iran.
• Lavender and dried apple from Turkey.
• Ginger from Nigeria. 
• Cinnamon and cardamom from India.

 We buy directly from local and traditional farmers with fair trade.
